Neutral subject-matter tracking (e.g. AFSPA) — powers the map's "Related events" layer. Adding a topic here immediately re-scans existing items against it, not just new ones going forward.

AI enrichment never gives up on an item — it keeps retrying every scheduled cycle rather than risk missing something relevant. An item repeatedly failing (shown here) may be a genuine content-triggered refusal worth a quick look, not something silently dropped.

Off by default. When enabled, items older than the chosen window have their long-form original text cleared — titles, summaries, translations, scores, and tags are always kept indefinitely regardless of this setting; nothing is ever deleted by this feature.

This server plus every connected peer, at a glance — reachability, data volume, and version. Only reflects peers listed under Multi-Server Sync below.

Each server keeps its own local database and periodically exchanges new/updated items and user accounts with the peers below over HTTPS. Requires SYNC_SHARED_KEY set identically in every server's .env — without it, sync stays off and this platform runs as a standalone single-server install.
